个人简介

张千鹏,复旦大学光电研究院、光伏科学与技术全国重点实验室青年副研究员。2012年本科毕业于华中科技大学光电信息工程专业。2019年博士毕业于香港科技大学电子及计算机工程专业。2019年于港科大电子系、先进显示国家重点实验室参加工作,先后担任research associateresearch assistant professor2023年加入复旦大学,研究领域为先进光电子材料与器件。曾获荣誉包括上海市青年领军等。担任国际先进材料学会青年会士、上海市真空学会高级会员、IEEE会员等。近年来发表一作、通讯论文8篇,包含Nature Communications, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano等。累积发表期刊论文50余篇,引用超过4000次。此外还发表有CLEOIEEE EDTM等光电领域顶级会议论文。
